The colors of Mexico. A thoughtful, powerful little girl clad in Maryjanes & a brilliant red dress sits on a bench in a restaurant lobby in Jocotopec waiting for her family. Something about her countenance reminds me of Uncle Charlie. She seems older and wiser than her years. Oil on canvas.
